“It’s simply to allow one to slightly increase in size,” he said. In response to a resident question, Rieker said the larger of the two properties will go from roughly 35,000 square feet to roughly 25,000, and the other is already over one acre and will be increased by the roughly 10,000 square feet, with approval of the line change also possible in October. No new development is proposed for that property at this time, Rieker told the board, and township codes allow for an expedited review so the approval for the line change can be granted without “a full-fledged subdivision or land development” plan, he said.
